Shipping policy

Every Bloody Knuckles piece is made in small runs, so we pack and ship each order by hand.

Processing time
In-stock orders ship within [3–5] business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During drops, including Black Friday, orders can take up to [7] business days to process. Pre-order items ship by the date on the product page.

Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Combined orders
Orders that include a pre-order item ship together once everything is ready. If you want the in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

Address changes
Email us within 24 hours of ordering to change your shipping address. We aren’t responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package comes back to us, we’ll reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.
